01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (referred to throughout this document as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and ea666 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ea666 platform at ea666.bio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and must not attempt to register an account. Your continued use of ea666 following any amendment to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

ea666 provides an online platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting (including cricket, football, and kabaddi markets), and specialty games including Monster Dice and Dragon Fishing. All services on the platform are made available for entertainment purposes and are subject to the provisions of these Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the ea666 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and ea666.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register an account and use ea666's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. ea666 enforces a strict 18+ policy and will request identity verification documents to confirm your date of birth during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended.
• Jurisdiction: You must access and use ea666 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the platform complies with the laws of your location.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated are not permitted to register.
• Single account: You may hold only one (1) registered account on ea666. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion or cooling-off period on ea666 or any other gambling platform that participates in a shared exclusion register.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address and mobile number. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension without return of funds pending investigation.

ea666 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence) at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions being applied to your account, including the suspension of withdrawal processing.

03 Account Obligations

As an account holder on ea666, you accept the following obligations in relation to the operation and security of your account:

• Login credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password at all times. ea666 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Unauthorised access: You must notify ea666 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. ea666 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Accurate personal information: You must keep the personal information on your account accurate and current. If your contact details, address, or payment method details change, you must update your account profile promptly.
• Prohibited conduct: You must not use your ea666 account for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any activity that disrupts the operation of the platform or harms other users.
• Software integrity: You must not use bots, automated scripts, AI-assisted wagering tools, exploits, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players. Doing so constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• One account per household: If multiple members of the same household wish to use ea666, each must register separately and ensure that their accounts are used independently. ea666 reserves the right to investigate accounts sharing the same device or network.

Breaches of account obligations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals or bonus balances, subject to investigation. ea666 will communicate the outcome of any account investigation to the registered email address on file.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

ea666 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). There are no foreign currency conversion fees applied by the platform on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. Third-party payment providers (such as bKash, Nagad, or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, over which ea666 has no control.

The following payment methods are accepted on ea666 for both deposits and withdrawals (subject to availability and method-specific limits):

• bKash — instant deposit, same-day withdrawal processing
• Nagad — instant deposit, same-day withdrawal processing
• Rocket — same-day processing
• Upay — same-day processing
• Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — bank transfer, 1–3 business days for withdrawal processing
• Visa and Mastercard — subject to issuing bank processing times

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account tier; these are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard.

Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, as a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering control. ea666 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above ৳50,000. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and KYC checks being complete and current on your account.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ea666 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus offer terms:

• One bonus per player: Each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements: Bonuses typically carry a wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) of between 10x and 40x the bonus amount, depending on the offer. The specific wagering requirement will always be displayed in the bonus offer terms at the time of claiming.
• Game contribution rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards completing a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, sports betting, and specialty games may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–50%). Contribution rates are specified in each offer's individual terms.
• Bonus expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and bonus balances subject to active wagering requirements have an expiry period, typically 7 or 30 days from the date of credit, as stated in the offer terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum bonus bet: While a wagering requirement is active on your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per wager from bonus funds is ৳2,000 unless the offer states otherwise. Bets above this limit placed with active bonus funds may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Withdrawal restrictions during active bonus: Requesting a cash withdrawal while a wagering requirement is active will result in the bonus balance and any unmet wagering requirement being forfeited. Only the remaining cash balance will be processed for withdrawal.

ea666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect the completion of a wagering requirement already in progress by a player who has already claimed the offer in good faith.

Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to coordinated bonus harvesting, creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or using software to exploit promotional mechanics — will have their account suspended and all bonus funds and related winnings voided.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets and casino game wagers placed on ea666 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform:

• Bet confirmation: A sports bet or game wager is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation message and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your account balance. Bets pending confirmation are not legally binding.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stakes vary by sport, market, and game type. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a wager. ea666 reserves the right to adjust individual account stake limits based on betting patterns.
• Cricket betting: All cricket markets on ea666 — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are governed by the official rules of the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, etc.). In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or shortened due to weather or other external circumstances, ea666 will follow the market settlement rules published in the cricket betting rules section of the platform.
• In-play betting: Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to the availability of real-time data feeds. ea666 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice. Bets placed after a key event has occurred but before the platform's data feed has updated may be voided at ea666's discretion.
• Casino game results: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Results are final once displayed on screen. ea666 does not alter game results under any circumstances.
• Technical failures: In the event of a platform technical failure during a game round or live bet, ea666 will endeavour to resolve the position in the fairest manner possible. Where game state cannot be restored, the relevant wager will be refunded to the player's account balance. ea666's decision in such cases is final.
• Palpable errors: ea666 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were offered in error due to a system malfunction, data feed error, or human input mistake ("palpable error"). Players who identify and deliberately exploit palpable error odds may have their accounts suspended.

07 Responsible Gaming

ea666 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all players in Bangladesh. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment for adults, and we actively provide tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly from their account dashboard, at no charge and without requiring a support request:

• Deposit limits: Set a cap on the total amount you can deposit in a 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day period. Limit increases take effect after a 72-hour cooling-off period; limit reductions take effect immediately.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for any single continuous play session. ea666 will notify you when your limit is approaching and will log you out automatically when it is reached.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net win/loss position in the current session.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place wagers.
• Self-exclusion: Request a full self-exclusion from ea666 for a period of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the selected duration. Any bonus balances held at the time of self-exclusion will be voided.

08 Account Suspension & Termination

ea666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration or KYC information
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity
• Chargebacks initiated against ea666 deposits without prior contact with support
• Use of automated software, bots, or exploits to manipulate game outcomes or odds
• Registration of multiple accounts in violation of the single-account policy
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towards ea666 staff or other players
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after request

In cases of account suspension pending investigation, ea666 will hold any balance in the account for up to 90 days while the investigation is conducted. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the balance will be returned and the account reinstated. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part, and the account will be permanently closed.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for any reason may do so by contacting live support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining cash balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ea666 expressly excludes liability for the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the platform
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if ea666 has been advised of the possibility of such damages
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures caused by circumstances outside ea666's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, network outages, cyberattacks, or third-party infrastructure failures
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials or your failure to log out from a shared device
• Any action taken by ea666 in compliance with its anti-money-laundering, fraud prevention, or responsible gaming obligations

Nothing in these Terms limits ea666's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The ea666 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ea666 takes all reasonable steps to ensure the platform is available and functional at all times, no warranty is made that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are advised to use up-to-date antivirus software and access the platform via secure, trusted networks.

10 Amendments & Governing Law

ea666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ea666 will notify registered players via the email address on their account or via an on-screen notification upon their next login, at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the ea666 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to a material change in the Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the change and withdraw any remaining balance.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ea666 operates. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that, as closely as possible, achieves the original intent.
